What is the Tengeri Exposure Program and what can I expect from it?
The Tengeri Exposure Program is a beginners course designed to teach you the fundamentals of natural fitness. For many people it will also be their first ‘exposure’ to natural fitness.
The sessions are designed as a progression, with skills learned in earlier sessions built upon in later sessions. Once competent at the core skills, you are then eligible to either continue your training as part of the Tengeri Tribe at any of our classes and tribe training sessions, or continue to reinforce the core skills at another Exposure program.
We like to think of the Exposure program as more focused on teaching you the right techniques than pushing you to your limits.
The program typically runs for four weeks on two mornings or afternoons a week. To download a program overview click here.
